Welcome to the 2022-23 School Year! I hope we have a wonderfully, engaging school year! I use this blog to share many things with you: homework, handouts, rubrics, and resources. I created this blog BEFORE Schoology so there are many resources here that may not be on Schoology. There are resources in Schoology that are not here. Be nimble, flexible and use tools to increase communication and most importantly understanding of the content. Let's get it y'all! Your Teacher, Ms. Guy

AP Literature Free Response Review
Today, you will get older assignments-- some of them completed during first semester. They include dialectical journals, free response essays, even the Summer Reading Assignment. Read over each of these assignments. Do not read them over one setting; rather, before today is over, read in its entirety one assignment (throwback journals, let's say). Then Saturday evening, read another, Sunday, read another. Then after reading, decide which three texts you feel best prepared to write your free response essay on. Identify 10 different subjects for the text. (I would use my throwback novel-- you have read it twice; Lear; and perhaps your novel about the female character. I'm not sure how you feel about Shadow or Dorian Gray....
