H. Expository Composition period 6

If you scored less than below an 80 or 75 on your character analysis essay, you have a 45-50 point deficit to overcome for your grade. It will not be overcome by Juxtaposition poem points, or We Real Cool Write Likes, or Chapter 7-10 or the Student Self Reflection for Student Conferences. The point values for these assignments will get you CLOSER, yet, if you turn around and write an in-class essay that is weak then you will be right back at square one.

Expository Composition period 5

Reflective Prompt: Do what extend to you agree with Booker T. Washington's philosophy of Industrial Education? What to you is education? Is it only learning abstract concepts, or is it learning to actually produce something or both? What aspects of his Atlanta Compromise Speech are compelling to you and why? What advise might you give to someone who looks down on "manual labor"?
