1. Complete a SOAPS for King Lear in which you identify ten (10) big ideas or subjects that the play addresses.
2. Then, for each subject, create a purpose using an academic verb of sorts.
3. For each Act of Lear (there are five of them, create a set of the most important quotes of that Act. You need eight per Act. You may write them on a Major Data Worksheet, or You may write them on your own paper.
4. Continue reading your second novel.
5. Locate the other books you read--Throwback; Dorian Gray; Shadow of the Wind; and another text from grade 9, 10 or 11. You don't have to bring them, but beginning reviewing names of characters, and the plot, and setting.
