1. Translate the Fools "prophesy stated at the end of Act III scene 2. How does his prophesy adequate sum up and reflect the events and characters that have happened thus far?
3. Why does Lear put Goneril and Regan on trial?
4. Make copies of your open mind so that you have an Open Mind for Goneril, Regan, Edmound, and Cornwall. On one side of the open mind, fill the side with statements, images, and actions. Then draw a line down the middle and write a specific incident, quote and action that solidied the evil of each character. Then finally, select three more actions, events, statements, and descriptions that show the evil nature of the characters.
