1. Do you think successful minorities should feel obliged to mentor younger minorities in the same career, or at school? Should they actually do it?
2. How do you feel about Affirmative Action outreach to individuals living in poor, or economically challenged communities to qualified candidates?
3. Why does it matter that Ms. Hansen is white? Discuss the importance of her not being the same race as Rashid, Washington or Gerald?
4. What is wrong with Mr. Washington? Is he a candidate for therapy? Diagnose his problems.
