Actually, you have more than one homework assignment. First, finish reading Chapter 1 of The Stranger. Of course, you may use post-it-notes to highlight or make notations in the text.
2. Then complete the Chapter 1 Study Questions in the previous post.
3. Complete your Literature Circle Role Sheet and come to class ready to discuss.
4. Lastly, using a theme or big idea word that you have identified as a theme in The Stranger, create a thesis statement. Hint... a thesis is a claim about the word that shows us what you think the author wants us to know/think/or understand about the human condition.
